Congratulations Hasan

VicTech Consulting & Construction, in partnership with Deakin University Geelong, have been a big supporter of the University’s Work-Integrated Learning Program. In November 2019 VicTech accepted Hasan Muttakin, a Civil Engineering Undergraduate, for a 16-week internship. His dedication and enthusiasm for the job were so outstanding that VicTech have offered Hasan employment on a part-time basis beyond his internship as he continues to complete his Civil Engineering degree.

We are excited to announce that Hasan was awarded the Best Undergraduate International Student of the Year Award in July 2020. This award had candidates from throughout Australia and is a fantastic achievement and recognition of the volunteering work Hasan does to support international students integrating into Australian University life. It is also recognition of his grades which currently sit in the top 15% globally. Congratulations Hasan!
